I stayed in this room last October and requested it again. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed right there. I love having the beach chairs since I fly instead of driving to Treasure Island. Love the decor in the room.
The overnight and daytime staff are so pleasant and welcoming. I love having someone at the front desk 24 hrs a day to answer any questions and to get you checked in when your flight is delayed and you arrive at 2:00am. Having the beach right outside the door is amazing. I am a female and felt very safe walking to the restaurants in the evenings alone. Island Inn Beach Resort is the best place to stay in the area. Affordable and directly on the beach.

213 - I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years. I appreciate the updates and still love the amazing view. Unfortunately on this last visit we had a horrible bed that impacted our comfort. In addition we received two towels and no floor towel for bathroom. I’ve never experienced a lack of hospitality here or beds this bad. My husband couldn’t sleep and we headed home to Tampa at 7am despite a plan to stay for the day.

402 - So many disappointments.
Gum in sink, filthy windows, looked like someone sneezed and smeared. Dirty towels on the terrace. NO SHOWER CURTAIN. Floors took on a full half inch of water. When I stepped back into the area I feel and busted my backside.
Still here because we paid for two nights. It’s a dump, very dated. There’s a fluorescent ceiling light over the bed area. Gross. Room smells of mildew.
When checking in, the front desk was occupied by someone that was aloof and far from friendly.
300$ for a less than nice stay.

This is a nice property, and was my second stay. The balconies look out to the ocean- it is a true ocean front. The room was spotless, and nicely appointed. There was a beach chair in the closet, was saved me from renting/buying one. Kitchen supplies are sparse, so visit a grocery store before you arrive. Paper towels and salt and pepper, which have been in every other condo I’ve rented for decades, were not to be found. But that’s the only blemish. I will be back, as this rental checks a lot of boxes for me.

Whole Property - The pool was lovely. Room 414 was nicely decorated and furnished.
Unfortunately the elevators were not working. Staff did not let anyone know. It was very inconvenient. I heard from the manager who said he would get back with me, and did not. Work was also being completed poolside which was noisy and messy. Understandable that improvements need made and things happen. Communication would have been appreciated.

506 - The room was great, the area was nice. The parking was a bit crammed but I can’t blame that on the resort and they did maximize the usage of space they have for parking. My only complaint is when we arrived to the room… the room was decently dirty such as toilet was not clean and the trash under the sink was not taken out as it had some feminine products in it, also toilet paper was no where to be found so we just ran to nearest store real quick. Would definitely recommend staying here just may want to bring a couple minor cleaning products and some toilet paper.

I have been coming to this property since 1992 and it NEVER disappoints!! From the huge smile of Lisa greeting me at the front desk upon check in, to the well appointed and clean room #408 with a beautiful serene gulf view, crystal clear pool and immaculate poolside bathrooms, this property continues to be my go to when I need a break from it all! Conveniently located to all the beach activities and nightlife, yet just far enough for rest and respite of beach life!! I do miss the coffee station that was available in the lobby years ago and it would be amazing to see that make a comeback!! I will continue to make Island Inn my beach getaway again and again!! KUDOS, kudos to Lisa to make sure I had everything I needed to make it a truly great stay!! Be back soon!!

After visiting Treasure Island many times over the last 7-8 years and staying at the same condo units, I decided to try somewhere new. Island Inn Beach Resort was the choice to try out and we absolutely loved our stay! We stayed in unit 518, it was renovated nicely, clean and quiet. The beach front view was fantastic and sunsets unmatched. The bed and pillows were very comfy, even the balcony chairs were great! I highly recommend this resort and look forward to another trip down and another stay at Island Inn Resort. Great value, great location and will be my new "spot" when lookin to visit TI.

We loved out staycation to Island Inn. This room, 501, is a corner unit with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the gulf. The room was beautiful and very clean. It has a full size refrigerator and 2 burner stove if you wanted to cook and eat in the room, and includes all the pots, pans and utensils needed. The staff were always very friendly, nice, and available if we needed anything. We can not wait to come back and stay again!!

605 - My husband and I have been staying yearly at this establishment now for 10 years! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, and even when they change, it always feels like you’ve always known them. They are very friendly and accommodating. The views are always spectacular. Gulf of America water is the best! Some suggestions for this particular room, make sure all the buttons on the microwave are working, including the light button, and maybe a pole lamp by the table. Some people do eat dinner in the room and more not light is needed by the table.

Whole Property - Your hotel was very unacceptable and disappointing for many reasons. We had no hot water to shower or wash dishes. The room we stayed in was falling apart and the strict no smoking policy was a joke as the hallways reeked of marijuana. Will never stay here again and will tell all we know not to stay here.

410 - My stay was generally pretty good. Treasure Island has become one of my favorite places to be. But the new owner who comes in at night has ruined this place. She’s very rude and complains about every little thing that is done which makes staying here very miserable. She ruined our trip and made everyone else feel miserable. The room itself was clean along with everything else. We were able to get clean towels every night and everything we needed. Highly recommend the pool and the pool bar. Other than our experience with the owner that comes in at night our trip was very good.

Everything was wonderful and all of you at the front desk was super nice, friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with the staff number one and the room was absolutely clean and comfy great view and humble I will be returning in my every visit thank you so much 😁10 outta 10 very pleased!!!!

201 - BEWARE room 201 had multiple kinds of bugs in the room. Small bed bug like bugs and roaches. Unfortunately we didn’t see until we were packing up to leave. Praying we didn’t bring them home. Also Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. You can feel the metal bars in the bed. The sinks also clogged and won’t drain.

The room has an excellent view and was very comfortable. We had family dinner on Saturday night and had plenty of room to add the adult children and the grandkids for dinner. Any staff person we encountered was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be back!

This is the 3rd year I have stayed at this resort. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

306 - The location was great! The room was clean but had an overwhelming smell of bleach to the point we had to open the balcony door and let the room air out for hours. The guests staying in room 307 fought all night yelling and screaming. Very little sleep was gotten that night for us. The front desk staff was friendly.

308 - The hotel parking was fine. the check in was quick and friendly. The pool/Tiki bar looked fine (although did not use).
the balcony was exceptional !!!! Thank you. Linens were fine. Towels were just ok. No bath towels, had to go get some at
front desk. Kitchen area and coffee pot was clean. BUT the FLOOR was discusting. Dirty, sticky, My feet (bare foot) was
black just after a few minutes. there was a broom in the hall closet. which I was going to use to help but there was no dustpan. So didnt do that. I mentioned to the front desk when we checked out, Might stay again. Not so great for the price, there are many more places to choose from, that are a bit more updated for the price. But not terrible. Thanks so much.

202 - This is a great location and nice size room! the showerhead sprayed everywhere and got the floor soaked. The AC in the bedroom was super loud. The exhaust fan in the bathroom also was super loud and I believe there was mold in the AC unit as my daughter was sneezing and coughing all night.

Room was very nice and staff was great. Definitely will stay here again!!!

The room was clean and the sea turtle decor was appealing. It provided everything we needed for a weekend at the beach.

317 - The check in desk ladies were very pleasant. Location was perfect. Beautiful, clean beach and nice clean pool. Our condo, as nice as it could have been did leave us a bit disappointed. The condo did not appear to be clean. There were long dark hairs everywhere including in the bath tub. There were crushed beer cans in the cabinet next to the under sink trash can. And the floor was not clean. I wiped the counters off and they too were not clean. Your resort area is very nice, but again the cleanliness of our condo was off putting. Thank you.

Kimberly at the front desk was amazing! She was always so cheerful and helpful. Our room wasn’t ready due to an AC issue but she had a comparable room set when we checked in. We had a great stay and we will be back!

215 - The staff was very kind and the grounds were kept very neat. Our room, #215, was ok but could use a few upgrades. The bathroom needs updating, kitchen cabinets and some outlets (behind the refrigerator) are in need of repair and the patio furniture could be updated. Don’t let this discourage you though. We had a nice week at the Island Inn. The location was perfect and the pool and beach were never crowded. I gave it a 3 only because I felt we should’ve had a better room for the price we paid. Staff deserves a 5.

201 - We live staying at island inn. Have stayed 4 times. However this time the room was ok. The dishes were dirty still had food on them along with the glasses. There was a pile of sand in the closet by the broom. That’s probably my only concern. Otherwise it was great

Great accommodations wonderful beach and view. Enough kitchen amenities to allow for fixing meals along with the beach grills.

The room well decorated, the view spectacular! We stayed only one night, would have been nice to stay another. Front desk staff, so kind and helpful!

202 - We love this place. Just wish the owners would upgrade the beds in 202. They are very very very stiff. But love this place and will continue to come back every year!

The room is clean, the staff is professional and very friendly, the beach access and beach are great! There are really good restaurants within walking distance!

212 - The view was breathtaking that made the experience memorable. However the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. Unfortunately there was sand in the shower and hair scattered around the toilet, which detracted from an otherwise lovely stay. It’s a shame that such a beautiful setting was marred by these hygiene issues.

Enjoyed the beach view from the room. The room was comfortable and cozy. Access to the beach was perfect and not a far walk at all.
