Room was great. Nicely updated. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Loved the high chairs on the balcony. Both beds have extra firm mattresses. A little uncomfortable for us but good for people that like them. But we lived the room. Easy check in. Ladies were very friendly. No complaints. We love this hotel. Been visiting for almost 18 years. Won't stay anywhere else.

The staff was great, location was great. The room has what could be easy fixes/updates to make the stay even better. Steam clean the floors (our socks were quite dirty walking on them), replace the hair dryer so there is not a weird wall piece hanging from it, get a working toaster, have more than 1 working bbq and consider updating the pool towels.

DID NOT ENJOY,- cleanliness of unit. Loveseat was disgustingly dirty, inside of fridge was dirty and the floor was so dirty by the end of day 1 our white socks were dark Grey. This made me question the cleanliness that was less obvious

My husband and I spent six days over the Christmas holiday in room 313. Excellent location with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach and to relax after the sun goes down. The unit is well appointed with a king bed with coast vibe decorations that are comfortable and practical right down to the balcony furniture.

The complex as a whole is comfortable with good amenities and some excellent staff to help you during your stay. Close to everything yet far enough away to have a more intimate beach experience. Would definitely stay here again if we vacation at Treasure Island in the future.

The staff was so nice, helpful and super friendly! Our room was clean and comfortable and the views are AMAZING! This area is family friendly and best of all, less crowded and peaceful. Access to the beach was perfect, the green space with grills was a nice touch and umbrella seating by the pool so very lovely. Shops and stores are conveniently close by along with plenty of parking at the resort. The only thing that could have been improved was the water temperature....it took wayyyy too long for hot water to hit the shower and was the same at the kitchen sink. Other than that, we are looking forward to returning and would highly recommend a stay here for everyone!

This was our 3rd time at Island Inn and we will be back. Great staff, wonderful location.

510 - Your website encourages visitors while ignoring the construction on the beach. I was woken up Sunday and Monday at 3:30am by them moving loud equipment that shook the ground. The equipment sat still almost all day. When the equipment was going, the beeping was loud.
It was not the usual peaceful beach as usual.

GREAT STAFF!

307 - In general, the room was great. Decent amenities and thoughtful touches. We loved the comfortable chairs on the patio and the small table. However, the shower curtain was so flimsy that it constantly billowed out, making the bathroom floor soaking wet—even with the shower head pointed towards the wall. A huge safety hazard; my husband couldn’t shower because of it. He was afraid he would slip and fall. Also, adding grab bars to the shower would help a lot. We would recommend the room and would also recommend that a heavier shower curtain be installed.

The room was great. The resort was clean and all staff was friendly. The pool area was clean and quiet. Kevin was great. We always enjoyed seeing him around the resort.

We always enjoy our time at Island Inn. The renovations are beautiful. We love the location, the pool and tiki bar. Cant wait to start planning our next stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would have given a rating of 5 stars however, …
First, Only one elevator was working (I guess still under rehab?);
Secondly, very small ants (sugar ants?) were evident throughout kitchen and bathrooms;
Third, flood was very dirty,,needs to be mopped and vacuumed!

203 - The room was clean but super out dated. The sliding door to balcony was old and rotted. The room smelled like mold. The baseboards to bathroom were rotting and chipping away and the furniture was old and out dated. Owners definitely need to upgrade. Highly do not recommend this room. Saw other rooms from people we met and their rooms were beautiful. Resort workers were super friendly and helpful. Loved the amenities. Just wish our room was better for what we paid

This is our second time staying at the Island Inn and we just love it! This time we stayed in room 510 and it was fabulous. Everything was clean and decorated so cute! The room had everything we needed.
Everyone there is so nice and helpful. We were delighted by how warm the pool was for October!

Just steps away from the beach. Staff always smiling and offering anything else they can do for us. Room was clean and coastal decorated. Plenty of studio kitchenette supplies for 2 people. Tiki bar had great drinks but the pool area is very small and out of the sun.

Island Inn Beach Resort was perfect for what I was looking for. I flew in from Atlanta to Tampa and Ubered over to the hotel on a Saturday evening around 6:30pm. I traveled solo for a respite trip.
I was greeted by a very courteous staff member who explained the amenities and where room 403 was. I was pleasantly surprised with a beautiful and very clean room. I immediately ordered a couple of things from Publix and they delivered within an hour.
The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet at night. The view was phenomenal! Loved the furniture on the balcony.
I was pleased that there were beach chairs in the room. I just grabbed a chair and my towel and hit the beach every morning until sunset. The sunsets were amazing. The beach was not crowed at all. The front side of the hotel shows the beautiful harbor and the backside the beautiful ocean.
I did not use the pool or Tiki Bar as I was there just for the sand in my toes:)
My last stay was at Madeira Beach a few yrs ago which was great but I will most definitely be returning to the Island Inn Beach Resort at Treasure Island for my next solo respite trip or any beach trip!! I highly recommend Island Inn Beach Resort.

Everything was clean and comfortable!!

We absolutely loved this room! Very well decorated inside as well as the balcony, and comfortable beds. The lady that checked us in (forgot her name) was very helpful and pleasant; wonderful customer service! I think this room was recently renovated but the shower needs to be re-caulked around the tub/wall.
The 2nd room we rented, 205 was not anywhere near as nice and the beds were horrible. The shelf that the microwave was sitting on was very unstable and I thought it was going to collapse. This room was definitely not worth the money we paid for it.

This place is amazing!! The staff is actually top Notch!! They go above and beyond to make your stay the best stay. I will be coming back!! The front desk lady, Laura, I think is the name, she is one in a million!! They are doing all sorts of renovations through out to help update the property currently... Can't wait to come back!! 🐬🌴☀️

The four nights we stayed were amazing. The room was clean and had everything we needed and the pool with tiki bar was perfect. The staff were always available and so nice. We could easily spend the entire day without having to go anywhere. There was so much to do close by like the sunken gardens and multiple golf courses. I am looking forward to booking another stay in the near future.

Love this complex and the room options with the room facing the sand and ocean. This is the third visit to the resort and will keep coming back. Great location, central to going north or south along the strip. Good selection of restaurants with some in a reasonable walking distance. Room set up is great. Great shower water pressure, good size fridge, stove top, and other kitchen amenities was appreciated. Bed is super comfortable. Having a few couches to sit on is a huge plus. Balcony with elevated chairs to see over the railing to the beach and ocean is a win. Staff are fantastic to work with and are consistently pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The complex itself is clean, and staff are frequently cleaning the grounds especially in high traffic areas where sand collects. Cute tiki beach bar for beverages and small selection of snacks to watch the sunset is a great way to end the day. The only improvements to suggest for this particular room is the kitchen faucet head has poor pressure flow, so either a cleaning or replacement would be needed, and having an entry mat coming into the room would be nice for shoes and keep the sand contained. Having a broom in the room was nice to keep up with any sand that is tracked in. Otherwise, no suggestions for improvement. This place is a great find and will definitely be returning! I enjoyed the beautiful picturesque view of the beach and the comfort of my room. The staff members were exceptional. They helped me salvage my vacation by providing the opportunity for a much needed upgrade from room 520( very cramped and unpleasant), to room 309. I was able to create beautiful memories with family and enjoyed my stay immensely. The ladies at the front desk are angels. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area, good communicators, efficient in their duties, patient and very sweet. I would definitely book future
stays and highly recommend this resort for a wonderful vacation.

The room is clean. We have an amazing ocean view. We’ve got everything we need in the room. Good wifi connection. My son got to enjoy his Ms Rachel show. We will definitely return. 😁

We celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary at the Island Inn Beach Resort on Saturday October 4th with family. The view was gorgeous looking right out onto the beach. The room was clean,updated and the bed was super comfy. The staff was very friendly and from booking to check out a very smooth process. We would definitely go back and recommend.

I've used your facility 7 times or more within the past 2 years because I enjoy my stay and staff every visit that's why I return The only thing that I'm uncomfortable with is checking out at 10:00 usually every hotel is 11 otherwise I have nothing else to complain about but that!!😁

Gulf view was fantastic and room was very clean. Room was small but comfortable but dining table and stools appeared to be an afterthought. A sturdy chair would be a great addition. Due to the time of year, there were numerous maintenance projects going on during the day.

We stayed in Room 605 for the weekend and everything was great. The room was clean and comfy. Nice private balcony with a perfect view of the Gulf. The front desk was so pleasant and Justen was also friendly at the Tiki Bar. Parking can be a bit of a challenge when busy, but otherwise everything was very relaxing. Would definitely go again.

Unit 313 was so clean and beautiful! I've been visiting the area for 30 years and have always stayed with family. This was my first time staying in a hotel. My husband and I had the best time. The beach was gorgeous, staff friendly, tiki bar was nice and bartender was awesome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

508 - This was our third trip to your hotel. We always enjoyed staying there. The service and staff are always great. The location is great also. My only complaint on our previous trip was hot water not always hot but barely warm at times but we managed to get by. But the biggest issue was how hard the bed was which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. We stayed in room 508. I feel that this issue needs to be addressed. In saying this the beds in the rooms we have stayed in in the past the beds have always been soft and comfortable.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and want to comeback for a longer stay.

202 - As soon as we walked in room 202 it smelled musty & damp, floors sandy & the furniture - dinning table along with side table very wobbley, beds in bedroom same; the tub had a ring around it along with rust rot on the bottom. Kitchen,1 fork tiny coffee pot with no auto shut-off. Needless to say this room needs some major updating, we left early. As for the resort, great location we like the beach being so close, pool very clean staff extremely helpful! they receive an A+. What would make it even better is assigned parking,

Room 215 had a beautiful view of the ocean. Was well cleaned. I do recommend this resort to anyone!

The condo is close to the beach. The staff is always friendly. The property is clean. We love the Tiki Bar.

206 - It was ok ! Room was clean but filthy behind the beds and walls . The coffee pot was filthy . Bathtub very slippery and beds were ok but pillows were flat pancakes . Would not stay here again . The view was beautiful and access to the beach is very convenient

511 - I have stayed at the Island Inn several times, and some rooms are nicer than others. Room 511 could use updates to both sink fixtures as well as the bathtub fixtures.....no useable plugs were available, just open holes. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced, it is horrible. The side by the kitchen is totally broken down. It cracks when you sit on it and it is so broken down that you have to position yourself a certain way to keep from rolling off the edge. It was not comfortable at all. I also thought it was odd that the refrigerator door opened backwards, from the wall. It was very awkward to get into it. The room itself was nice though. Just please do some updating, and get a new mattress for the bed. It is terrible for someone who already has back issues.

420 - It was just ok. It wasn't the worst by far but was just ok. I won't stay here again, though. Positives: on the beach. plenty of free parking for the hotel. Kitchenette. Ice cold AC. Negatives: looked like they were in the middle of updating? Somethings were just run down and looked like they haven't got to updating it yet. The tub and toilet were dirty. Pull out couch was broken/off the track, we had to fix it ourselves. Headboard wasn't fully attached to wall so made knocking noises any time you moved. TV doesn't automatically sign people out of their accounts! Everything had something signed in to past guests. Hulu, netflix, YouTube, Disney, etc. No carpets at all. I was severely dissatisfied with the coffee situation. I'm a huge coffee drinker and I was not impressed with the set up. There was no coffee available in the lobby either. Had to walk to 711.

Oh, few more positives: the tiki bar was great. Pool was clean and wellkept. They had a little beach shower to get off all (most) of the sand.

Like I said it was just ok though. I didn't have a wow experience there so probably won't be returning.
