The staff was very kind and the grounds were kept very neat. Our room, #215, was ok but could use a few upgrades. The bathroom needs updating, kitchen cabinets and some outlets (behind the refrigerator) are in need of repair and the patio furniture could be updated. Don’t let this discourage you though. We had a nice week at the Island Inn. The location was perfect and the pool and beach were never crowded. I gave it a 3 only because I felt we should’ve had a better room for the price we paid. Staff deserves a 5.

201 - We live staying at island inn. Have stayed 4 times. However this time the room was ok. The dishes were dirty still had food on them along with the glasses. There was a pile of sand in the closet by the broom. That’s probably my only concern. Otherwise it was great

212 - The view was breathtaking that made the experience memorable. However the cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. Unfortunately there was sand in the shower and hair scattered around the toilet, which detracted from an otherwise lovely stay. It’s a shame that such a beautiful setting was marred by these hygiene issues.

I booked Rooms 507 and 501 for my husband and I and my grandson. Both rooms were clean and what I expected. Having the Gulf view and the Bay view out the front door was really nice. My grandson was ecstatic because he'd heard us talk about Treasure Island and where we always stayed and wanted to one day come down with us. June 2nd was his birthday so we decided to treat him and ourselves since we were due for another visit.
Island Inn is the only place we've ever stayed in Treasure Island and when people recommend other places we tell them we're not giving up a place we know we'll have a wonderful time staying in.

We enjoyed our stay at the island Inn Beach resort. Love that it was just steps from the beach. The pool was amazing. The only thing that could’ve made it better would’ve been a new mattress instead of the lumpy hard one and new pillows.

Islands Inn is our favorite place to stay in Treasure Island! The rooms are kept to a crisp clean, the workers are friendly and attentive, and it is a fun atmosphere. It is family friendly with a beach front view and a nice pool to use.

We’ve stayed at the Island Inn Resort before and 3 times have been great! However, it would be beneficial to have a roll of paper towels in the rooms. We had to use tissues for any spills or messes. Also, having a folding chair or two or an umbrella in the closet to take to the beach with us would’ve been useful. We will be back again!

This is our second time staying here and this time we were able to extend our stay and ended up moving into the most beautiful and comfortable room ever. The room was absolutely spectacular and I wish we could have extended our stay again. But now I know what to ask for on our next stay!
The staff are amazing and so helpful, especially Alisa. And the beach set up crew - especially Andrew - are incredibly hard working and helpful and professional. Love this place. Oh, and the sunsets are one-of-a-kind every single day 🌅. Welcome to Paradise!

301 - Well, it's a great location. And Kimberly and Virginia are as helpful as they can be, but................ Room 301 has no hot water. We were there for 5 nights. The first night, no hot water, and the second day---NO WATER. We were told that the plumber was there for repairs and the whole complex was without water for about 3 hours. We didn't complain about that. We were told that the repairs would fix the hot water problem. WRONG...
Still no hot water. We were told to open all 3 spigots and let them run for about 15 minutes and call back. So we did. We were able to get a little lukewarm water and that is all. We kept calling down to the desk but got the same response each time. Other guests on our floor said their water was HOT HOT HOT! It was like they knew that unit had an issue but didn't want us to LEAVE and go to another place. (which I had looked into and was ready to pack it up and leave) On the 4th day, after running the water for 30 minutes, guess what? We had hot water! Surprise, surprise, surprise! But, you still have to run the water for 30 minutes to get that result. So, instead of leaving you guys a bad review on google or travelocity, or expedia, or any of the other travel sites, I wanted to give you (the owners) an opportunity to make this right. I can overlook the fact that we had to fix the drapes because they were falling off and wouldn't close properly. I can overlook the fact that the bathroom door doesn't shut all the way and makes a terrible noise when you open it. and the trim is rotting away at the bottom, and the exhaust fan makes a horrible noise and I'm not sure it was even working. I can also overlook the cigarette smoke, and other types of smoke, that permeate into the room from the smoking section just below our balcony if we have the door open. But, I cannot overlook the fact that the very basic thing of HOT water was not provided to us. We are business owners ourselves, and know that the only problem we CANNOT fix is one that we do not know about. So, I am asking you guys to make this right. I would stay at your place again on our next visit, but not in that unit. I am asking for some sort of compensation, be it a full or partial refund. I will leave that up to you. Thank you for listening.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Island Inn Beach Resort! The location of the resort is great and the view from our room was amazing! Our room was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The pool was clean and the tiki bar was an added bonus. We will definitely be staying at Island Inn the next time we return to Treasure Island.

the location was great and the staff was really nice. the days we stayed, it wasn’t very busy, so the pool was quiet and the beach was quiet. the hotel is a short walk in the sand from the water, unlike some treasure island hotels that have a long trek through the sand. the room itself was a bit outdated and needed some work, one chair had a broken leg and there were ants in the bathroom coming out of a small hole in the wall, also no smart tv. the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. there’s no smoking, including vaping, on the property except for one small picnic table in the parking lot, which wasn’t ideal. i didn’t feel comfortable leaving my seven year old in a hotel room by herself just so i could hit my vape, so i got cranky during our trip to say the least. i recommend this hotel if you’re not a smoker and don’t mind it being a bit outdated!

312 - loved that I could see the water from the balcony. The room was sufficient. There were things that needed some minor repairs. we mentioned this to the from desk clerk and she wrote it all down. Also needs to be cleaned a little better, for example back of the doors by the handle. Could use a bit of updating. All in all, it was sufficient and we enjoyed our stay. I like the kitchenette and having the fridge. All the front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again.

We loved our stay. The room was clean and very nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable as well. The view from the balcony was amazing, you could hear the waves which was so relaxing. We did not use the pool, but it was a nice area, the onsite bar was always busy and had reasonable prices. You don't need a car, many places within walking distance. We look forward to going back.

This was our first time here and it was FABULOUS! The hotel is clean, quiet and steps from the beautiful white beaches. Our room had THE BEST view, was beautifully decorated in a beach theme. We couldn't have asked for a nicer room - the big tall chairs on the balcony are a nice touch and has a great bed. We have booked another stay in this room for August and can't wait to get back!

419 - This was my 3rd stay at Island Inn. Our stove range non broke the first night we were there. It wasn’t fixed in the 7nights we were there. During the storm, water flooded into the room from the upper seal of the AC. The closet doors were bowed so bad they wouldn’t stay on the tracks. 2 when we asked to have our room serviced we were informed that the empty rooms are priority for incoming guests. I didnt mind to wait for it, but I don’t think that was fair to say since I was an already paid guest. I will say the house keepers did an outstanding job. The room in general (all of the drawers and closets) smelled terrible of mold. We never had these issues in my previous stays.

522 - The overall resort was good. The location on the beach was great, parking was tight. The room had some issues with plumbing. It took a long time for hot water to reach the fifth floor. The tub control knob was filthy and we never could figure out how it actually worked. There was leftover construction material in the closet. There was junk in the cabinets. There was terrible lighting in the room. The view from the balcony was dominated by the street and there was a lot of street noise. The latch on the balcony door was broken. Just a lot of little things that needed correction

Honestly, we loved everything from when we walked in to the moment we left. The women at the front desk had to be the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered on vacation or otherwise. They genuinely seemed interested in all of their guests and wanted to do everything possible to make it a great day. Our room was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. the views were amazing. I loved the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony. The beds were also really really comfortable. My daughter and I came for girls weekend in between her busy college schedule and it was extremely relaxing. We have nothing negative to say about our stay. Can’t wait to visit again.

420 - Our stay was pleasant enough; Staff was very friendly and helpful. When I booked the room, it stated that it was waterside. We faced the street and had a view of the inner costal. Lots of noisy traffic. Our floor was filthy, if you walked around in bare feet, they were black on the bottom. the dishes in our kitchen had food stuck on them. we had to wash everything before using any of it. Was a good stay great location, just disappointing that it was not as clean as it should have been.

We love the tiki bar and how late the tiki bar stayed open. We swim in the pool at night, it was such a vibe. How close you are to the ocean is amazing and the staff were super polite and nice. The rooms are super clean and the convenience of the outdoor shower right next to the hotel was awesome. We will definitely be staying here again. What a jewel of a find in Treasure Island! My stay at Island Inn Resort was wonderful. I found the property well maintain, clean, safe, and convenient to many restaurants and shops. I appreciated the free parking and amenities offered by the resort during my stay. My room 510 was clean, comfortable, and updated and offered beautiful gulf views. I highly recommend Island Resort Inn and will definitely be back soon!

We LOVED our stay! The sunset view was spectacular from our balcony! We loved being able to go downstairs and walk straight to the beach! Our room was clean and the decor had a beautiful beachy feel! The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful! Hope to be able to come back some day!

The Island in is our favorite place to stay!! This was our 4th visit and every time we’ve stayed in a different room. The rooms are always clean and inviting. You can’t beat the sound of waves and the beautiful sunset view from the balcony. If I could give this place 6 starts I would!

The location is awesome! Right on the Gulf and in walking distance to restaurants, party store, a some cute shops! The hotel staff was great! We arrived early & they had a place to store our luggage & then housekeeping gave a a few beach towels so we could hang out on the beach. The on-site Tiki Bar is a fun spot, too!

The perfect place for a beautiful getaway. The whole place is well maintained, clean and met our needs! Sunsets are amazing, pool is heated and recently improved! Bar is simple yet perfect! For a vacation where you want convenience to restaurants, shops, beach and palm trees, I’d stay here again and again!

What a quaint place! Our room was super clean, well appointed with a great beach view and minimal foot traffic or noise outside our door. We had a quick getaway and this place was perfect. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Due to very windy chilly weather we did not get to try out the pool or tiki bar but next time for sure!

Room was clean and had everything we needed… Understood with Covid and staffing issues that house keeping was not issued but could be if needed…
My husband and I loved Scott at the Tiki Bar every Sunset weather permitting.. Loved spending mornings walking on the beach looking for shells….

Beautiful sunsets and oceanfront. Access close to everything. Staff friendly. Pool warm. We had everything we needed. Thank you for a pleasant vacation!

Have stayed here several times love the property! Close to the beach, best pool and tiki bar around!
Only issues with one person on staff was rude other wise everyone else has always been amazing!
Book through Island Inn not through any other agencies like Itrip. Itrip was horrible to deal with. I wish the owners association would kick Itrip out.
