1st time here and it was an absolute amazing experience! the staff was incredibly helpful, the room was very clean and well decorated with lots of amenities included! the view from the balcony and the distance to the beach is impeccable! We had a great time even though the weather wasn't the warmest. The staff was excellent. Lobby and pool were clean. Only one elevator was working but they had a work order in to have the broken one repaired.
We stayed in Room 511. The view was beautiful. Room was clean, a little outdated but I knew it wasn't one of the rooms that had been updated. That was my choice, trying to be price conscious. The toilet would run unless you jiggled the handle and there was about a 1" gap under the front door but we just put a towel in front of it.
All in all it was a great place to stay and we would definitely go back!

511 - This was our first time at this place but have been to Treasure Island several times. The staff was very helpful. The facility was clean and well maintained. The proximity to the water and the balcony looking out on the gulf were huge benefits. The pool was great as was the bar by the pool. The room (511) was adequate. The mattress needs to be replaced as does the fridge (it’s loud making it obnoxious at night). Everything else was functional.

Clean room, could use a little updating and exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very nice view of ocean. Heads up, you want coffee in the morning you better bring your own they don’t supply it and no place walking to get any.

Our particular room was in serious need of a cosmetic update - new carpeting, new kitchen cabinets, new fridge, stove, paint, new grout in the bathroom around the tub, new screen in the slider, new furniture, etc. And a good cleaning - washing the top of the fridge and a thorough vacuuming would go a long way to a better impression. On a more positive note, the sheets were clean and the bed fairly comfortable and, the main reason I chose this particular place, 30 steps to the beautiful beach! We only spent 2 nights, but I would hope for a more updated room the next time.

We enjoyed the overall property and management team during our stay. The problem we had was with room 511. Let's just say it's time for a remodel here. Bed was hard and had broken springs around your lower back. Wooden chair was ready to come apart and was not safe to use. Existing pots and pans were near the end of their journey for sure. I did request another skillet and was given a new one! Thank you. Coffee maker is a small Mr. Coffee machine. Stove top has 2 electric coil burners that will not sit level. Refrigerator is probably the original from the 60's? Toilet seat is broken, and all sink drains seem to be clogged. The existing room carpet was dark, dirty and left your bare feet black. Wear your shoes in here. No blender provided in this room. The room did provide a newer TV and wonderful sunsets. We have stayed here before and had better accommodations with other rooms. Property parking is a challenge to say the least. The location and beach access make up for the crummy rooms. The management team made up for the room owners short comings. We will be looking elsewhere next year for sure. I give the room it's self a rating of a 2.

First, let me say that the room was comfortable and clean. It definitely needs updated, but no major complaint about the room. I selected this property based on the description of the location and that eating, shopping and entertainment was within walking distance. If you want to park your car and walk, choose another location. This is a very large property and when we arrived we were told that there was only one ice machine working and that the heated pool was not heated. The elevators are very fast, that was a plus. There is limited parking on the side of blvd and because it was not crowded, we were able to park there. In high season, there is a large parking lot across the street. There is a pool bar that also serves food. We did not utilize that, but it was open. I would not call this a resort and not quite sure why they charge daily resort fees. At the very least, they should make sure the pool is heated and ice machines are all working if they are going to charge the fee. It was discounted to $16 and change per day, but honestly, that should be refunded. I have always stayed in North Redddington Beach and will definitely return and back to that location.

Nice hotel steps away from the beach. Hotel room & common areas were clean & inviting. It could use some updating but would not deter me from staying there again. I would recommend staying here.

Islands Inn is our favorite place to stay in Treasure Island! The rooms are kept to a crisp clean, the workers are friendly and attentive, and it is a fun atmosphere. It is family friendly with a beach front view and a nice pool to use.

This is our second time staying here and this time we were able to extend our stay and ended up moving into the most beautiful and comfortable room ever. The room was absolutely spectacular and I wish we could have extended our stay again. But now I know what to ask for on our next stay!
The staff are amazing and so helpful, especially Alisa. And the beach set up crew - especially Andrew - are incredibly hard working and helpful and professional. Love this place. Oh, and the sunsets are one-of-a-kind every single day 🌅. Welcome to Paradise!

The complex is lovely and clean, the staff very friendly! Perfect beach location. Smoking not permitted in common areas and balconies is great! This was our second visit and plan to come back. We live just an hour and half north and it is the perfect beach getaway!

We booked a quick weekend getaway and when we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy, our room #313 was clean and with a great ocean view. Throughout the stay if we needed anything or had questions we always received a quick response. Property was nice and accessible to amenities. Definitely will be back

The staff is super friendly! We stayed in room 313 and it was nice and clean. Location was great, loved the private balcony right on the beach. We have stayed multiple times in the past. Last time was in 2021 and said we would never be back. After doing our research, we decided to give Island Inn another try. We are pleased we did. The improvements did not go unnoticed! We love the tiki bar and how late the tiki bar stayed open. We swim in the pool at night, it was such a vibe. How close you are to the ocean is amazing and the staff were super polite and nice. The rooms are super clean and the convenience of the outdoor shower right next to the hotel was awesome. We will definitely be staying here again. I can’t wait to see what it looks like after the construction because it’s already perfect as it is

What a jewel of a find in Treasure Island! My stay at Island Inn Resort was wonderful. I found the property well maintain, clean, safe, and convenient to many restaurants and shops. I appreciated the free parking and amenities offered by the resort during my stay. My room 510 was clean, comfortable, and updated and offered beautiful gulf views. I highly recommend Island Resort Inn and will definitely be back soon!

The location is awesome! Right on the Gulf and in walking distance to restaurants, party store, a some cute shops! The hotel staff was great! We arrived early & they had a place to store our luggage & then housekeeping gave a a few beach towels so we could hang out on the beach. The on-site Tiki Bar is a fun spot, too!

The perfect place for a beautiful getaway. The whole place is well maintained, clean and met our needs! Sunsets are amazing, pool is heated and recently improved! Bar is simple yet perfect! What a quaint place! Our room was super clean, well appointed with a great beach view and minimal foot traffic or noise outside our door. We had a quick getaway and this place was perfect. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Due to very windy chilly weather we did not get to try out the pool or tiki bar but next time for sure!

Have stayed here several times love the property! Close to the beach, best pool and tiki bar around!
Only issues with one person on staff was rude other wise everyone else has always been amazing!
Book through Island Inn not through any other agencies like Itrip. Itrip was horrible to deal with. I wish the owners association would kick Itrip out.
