Hotel Policies
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. You must cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date or you will be charged one night’s stay plus taxes and surcharge.
We charge one night room and taxes plus surcharge up front upon making a reservation.
Check Out is at 11am.
Check In is at 3pm, however, if your room is available earlier, you will be allowed to go ahead and check in. You are welcome to call the morning of your arrival date and the front desk staff can give you an approximate check-in time.
Accepted Forms of Payment: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Cash or Traveler’s Checks. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
The hotel charges a $2.24 surcharge per night per room.
There is a $5.00 deposit per key, refundable at checkout with return of all keys.
We require a $50.00 refundable deposit for incidentals.
Late checkouts are based upon availability and at an additional charge. Check with front desk staff for details.
Early checkout dates are subject to a rate change.
This hotel does not rent to anyone under the age of 21.
Parking spaces are for registered guests only and the number of parking spaces allowed per room is based on room type. Visitors are not allowed to park in our parking lot and violators will be towed.
The swimming pool and pool area are for registered guests only.
No pets are allowed in the rooms or on the property.
Registered guests are responsible for payment and/or damages caused by guest or visitors.
