This was our 2nd time staying here, same room 312! We love this "diamond in the rough" resort. It's a perfect size for 2. Our room had a 2 burner stove top, full size frig, blender, toaster, microwave, cooking and eating utensils, pots and pans, dishes, iron, hair dryer, coffee pot and lots of storage space, king size bed. Beachfront balcony for perfect views and enjoyment and just steps away from the beach. The tiki bar is excellent, great drinks and quick foods like pizza and hotdogs. Also a heated pool. We walked to a Publix market (1/2 mile away) and grabbed a few groceries, also a 7 Eleven 3/10 mile away. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. My only complaint with our room is the mattress and bed pillows need replacing, mattress has had a good life and time to bury it...lol. The staff was great and very helpful with any needs or questions. We will return.

Beautiful view of beach from balcony! Loved the tables covered for shade/ rain located near the pool. Great area for casual meals. Grills for cooking a meal were handy & seemed quite popular with guests.
Pool area was nice. Water was warm enough while we were there. A whirlpool/ hot tub would have been much appreciated! Location was convenient to many restaurants.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Island Inn. Wonderful people. After stopping at Publix to stock up, I checked in on 3/12. Settled in and realized that I had forgot to purchase coffee and creamer for the next day. Mentioned this to the receptionist whereupon she brought out a basket of k cups and such for me to choose from.

The room was exactly as pictured in the 3-D tour on website. Very clean and comfortable. Very much enjoyed using the outdoor grills several nights also. All around great experience.

I try to visit Island Inn twice a year. You can't find a better view than their Gulf view rooms. The sunsets, the mornings, the everything is beautiful. The drinks and staff are amazing at the Island Girl Tiki Bar! This is definitely my happy place.

This room had so much storage space including 6 drawers for clothes. Provided hangers too. Many 42” kitchen cabinets. A tall side cabinet that had books and games on bottom shelf, that we didn’t use but still nice and provided even more storage space.

We loved our stay! Great location, great value and very clean!

Room and beach location were excellent . Eating and drinking establishments very close by.

Wonderful beach, the location is easy access to Publix grocery, restaurants; Room has nice balcony view, The room had all the conveniences hair dryer, iron, ironing board & was well furnished with cooking utensils, pots, pans, toaster, etc. The staff was very accommodating, T.V programs were also good quality & variety.

My room was very clean and decorated nicely. The front desk staff were friendly as well. The best thing is that it is a short walk to the beach! Definitely going back.
